Who Tradar is for
Tradar has two audiences, and the platform is shaped around the difference between them.
Supermarkets
The supermarket is the seller. FreshMart, our running example, is a supermarket. A supermarket on Tradar carries a catalogue of products, opens for trading during defined hours, and chooses the fulfilment setup that fits its operation: in store riders, Tradar Rider Pool, or pickup only.
What a supermarket usually wants from Tradar:
A catalogue large enough that bulk upload matters more than adding products one by one.
Reliable pickup capacity so orders never sit waiting for a rider.
A clean view of which orders are new, in progress, or out for delivery, on one screen.
Settlement to a single business bank account, on a predictable schedule.
A way to ring up walk in customers at the counter without breaking the same catalogue and stock count that the online storefront depends on. (See In store terminal.)
Tradar treats every seller as a supermarket for terminology purposes, whether they run a chain of grocery stores or a single specialty shop. The shape of the platform is the same.
Consumers
The consumer is the shopper. They open the Tradar storefront, find a supermarket like FreshMart, fill a basket, pay, and receive a delivery (or pick it up in person, if the supermarket offers that).
What a consumer wants from Tradar:
A storefront that loads quickly and shows them stores in their area, with prices and stock that are actually accurate.
A sign in flow with nothing to remember. Tradar uses a phone number and a six digit code sent by SMS. The first time a phone number appears, an account is created automatically.
Saved delivery addresses, so they do not retype the same details every time.
Order history that survives forever, so reordering last month's grocery list is one tap.
Status updates from the moment the order is accepted to the moment it lands at their door.
These two audiences sit on opposite sides of every transaction on Tradar. The rest of the platform exists to keep that transaction smooth.
