Placing an order from FreshMart

A walkthrough of one shop from start to finish.

Open the storefront and either search for FreshMart by name or browse by category. The supermarkets that show up in your search depend on your delivery area; if you do not see FreshMart, you may be outside the area they deliver to.

Add items to your basket. Each item shows its price, its unit (each, kilogramme, pack), and whether it is currently in stock.

Sign in. Tradar asks for your phone number and sends a six digit code by SMS. Type the code and you are in. If this is your first time on Tradar, an account is created for you in that moment. There is no separate signup screen.

Choose a delivery address. Search by address, estate, business, or landmark and choose a Google Maps suggestion. Tradar shows the matched address and map; city, state, postcode, and coordinates are filled behind the scenes rather than presented as manual fields. When a supermarket enforces vicinity delivery, Tradar checks the confirmed pin against the branch's delivery radius before showing the final price and checks it again before payment. A deliverable address shows its distance from the branch. If it is outside the radius, checkout pauses and lets you choose another saved address or add a new one. You can delete saved addresses from checkout or My profile.

Pick a delivery window. Only windows that FreshMart's own rider team can cover appear. If FreshMart's team is fully booked, the storefront will tell you so rather than letting you place an order that cannot be fulfilled.

Pay. The payment methods available depend on your region. Card, bank transfer, and mobile money are common.

Track the order. From the moment you pay, the order page updates as FreshMart picks and packs the items, hands them off to a rider, and the rider sets out. You see preparing, ready for pickup, out for delivery, delivered.

If something goes wrong (an item is missing, the delivery is late, the wrong order arrived), tap Help on the order page. See Your account for how that works.
