Your account

Sign in. Phone number plus a six digit code by SMS. There is no password to remember and no separate signup. The first time you enter a phone number, an account is created for you.

Addresses. Save delivery addresses from Google-backed address search and keep one as the default. Checkout shows the active destination first and keeps the rest in a compact Change list. You can delete addresses from checkout or your profile. Older entries without a confirmed map pin must be added again before Tradar can check whether they are inside a supermarket's delivery radius.

Order history. Every order you have ever placed on Tradar, across every supermarket, in one list. Tap any past order to see the items and tap Reorder to drop them straight back into a fresh basket.

Help. If something is wrong with an order (a missing item, the wrong delivery, a late drop off), the Help button on the order page opens a ticket for the Tradar operations team. They see it on the admin dashboard and reply to you on Tradar.

In store purchases. An order rung up at the FreshMart counter can be linked to your account if you give the cashier your phone number. From your side, it looks like any other order in your history. From FreshMart's side, you are a returning customer they recognise.
