Tradar admins are the operations team behind the platform. They are the ones who notice when a supermarket's orders are stuck, when a supermarket needs more riders attached, or when a new signup's bank account needs a second look. They do not run the stores themselves; they run the network the stores sit on.
The admin app gives them the cross platform view that no individual supermarket has.
Reviewing a new supermarket. What to check when a fresh signup like FreshMart appears, including its selected rider fulfilment setup.
Monitoring orders. Spotting orders that are stuck and supermarkets that need attention.
Managing riders. Adding riders, attaching them to supermarkets, reassigning, and suspending.
